DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE FRONT I MAY VISIT?

HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY RING?
For customers located in the USA, barring unforeseen delays, it typically takes 9 - 25 calendar days to receive your ring. Customers located outside of the USA it can take 25 - 30 calendar days.
ARE THERE OPTIONS FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Currently the answer is No. We leverage our certified suppliers to produce our USA based designs and have the product shipped directly from them to you. This allows us to achieve our goals of HIGH Quality products at extremely LOW prices.
For example, at your local jewelry shop a plain tungsten carbide band with no designs on it retails on average for $100+ here in the U.S. Furthermore, you would need the jewelry shop to customize and add the designs of your choice, which would further drive the cost up. Factor that in with the time it would take for the jeweler to make your custom ring, and you are easily sitting at 2 weeks or more. With us, your getting your ring within 9 -22 calendar days on average (give or take a few days), and for a fraction of the cost as you would at your local jeweler. So when you look at it from that perspective, by purchasing a ring made at your local jeweler, you may get your ring 2-3 days sooner as you would from us, but you are also paying $100-$200 more for that same exact ring. HIGH Quality and LOW prices are our goals, with speed being a distant goal in the future.

Yes. As soon as your item ships, tracking info will be provided.
DO CUSTOM DESIGNS TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS AND SHIP?
Once the design is approved by you, the production and shipping time is the same in comparison to purchasing an existing design.
